G - Derby Worx Pro Ultra- Lite Speed Wheelsare precision machined on a
CNC lathe. The OD of the wheel is lightly machined. This makes
the OD of the wheel concentric to the wheel bore and removes
the mold mark on the wheel for a perfectly flat and concentric wheel. The
inside of the wheel is machined to remove material thus creating the
ultra light wheel without modifying the outward appearance
of the wheel.. Lighter wheels have less rotational mass and
turn much easier than standard BSA wheels. Lighter wheels also allow
you to put more weight to rear of car which which gives your car more
potential energy to release as the car rolls down the track. Wheels are
matched by mold number for a perfectly matched and balanced set of wheels.
The wheel hubs are coned to reduce friction when wheel hub rubs
against the car. All material is removed from inside the wheel and the
wheels are

Appearing from the outside. These wheels weigh 1 Gram, compared to
stock BSA wheels of 4 Grams. This allows the usage of 12 more grams
of tungsten in the rear of the car where there is the most kinetic energy.

Speed
Axles With Lubricant Groove, are precision, CNC-machined. They are High Toleranced
machined straight, round and have a smooth shaft, tapered head and cored
groove to reduce friction. Burrs and Crimp marks have been
removed. They are designed to be oversized .004" to reduce out
of round wobble between the wheel hub and axle. There is a
lubrication groove. These axles are
Nickel Coated.
The new batches of B.S.A. axles have the
majority of the axle heads off center, to help aid this, we have increased
the diameter of the countersink on the tool. This makes reforming the new
axles a snap.
